It’s been a month since my last post, and in that time, I’ve had a GMA test, a (nuclear) physics test, a (periodic table and atomic theory) chemistry test, a maths methods quiz, and an English essay written. All went reasonably well, so I’m pleased with that.
The English essay was about On the Waterfront, one of the texts my sister studied in year 12. Being able to read her essays was a neat advantage. My English teacher this year doesn’t seem to go into the texts with as much detail as I’d like… Luckily my previous teacher has a nice Wikispace with some pretty useful stuff.
I’ve been doing a bit more driving lately, having logged over eight hours in the six weeks after obtaining my permit. Hopefully this means I’ll be able to get my Ps by the time I turn eighteen.
Okay, that’s all… More blogging to come at a later date.Comments: none yet | Filed under: life, school | Tagged: chemistry, driving, english, general maths advanced, maths, maths methods, on the waterfront, physics, school

So it’s been quite a while since I last posted anything… Christmas has passed, 2014 has begun, and I have done a number of things. The first was begin painting my room; originally, I was going for a dark blue-grey colour, but somehow I ended up with a colour that looks quite like the TARDIS. Quite the coincidence.
The second was getting braces. My teeth are pretty crooked, especially the top ones, so I have now had braces put in. I never realised just how stupidly hard braces make eating anything good. It’s all worth it though, right?Comments: none yet | Filed under: life | Tagged: birthday, braces, chinese new year, christmas, driving, new year, wall painting
